We have a new 10-seater cable car for our guests!
In December 2022, the time had come, and the Grebenz10 cable car went into operation. The 10-seater cable car from LEITNER in South Tyrol transports up to 2,000 pleasure skiers per hour uphill and downhill.
55 cabins can cover the nearly 650 m altitude difference or the track length of 2.8 km to the Grebenzenhaus in approximately 8 minutes.
Around 27 kilometers of slopes are available for winter sports enthusiasts on the Grebenzen. A total of 6 drag lifts and a 4-seater chairlift take you up towards the mountain peak at around 1,870 meters above sea level, from where you can almost freely choose your descent. Along the way, you might stop at one of our Ski huts where you can take a break and fuel up for the next turns. Also, our Tours for ski tourers are challenging and worth seeing at the same time, suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. To ensure the slopes are safe, the same rules apply here as well FIS slope rules.

Fri: 9:30 PM – 8:30 AM
The ski slopes are closed from 4:30 PM to 8:30 AM from Saturday to Thursday, and from 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM on Fridays. During this time, they must not be entered or used. There is no safety control during this closure. There is a risk of injury due to slope grooming, winch cables, exposed cables and hoses, as well as snow machines, etc. The toboggan run is subject to a general slope closure (with skis) at all times, day and night.
ATTENTION: During sledging operations, the track No. 8 Maria Schönanger closes at 3 PM and is blocked from the Starnberg 2 valley station onwards!

Just learn to ski. The Grebenzen kids show how it works. There is a children's ski area in the valley where they can easily learn to ski in a playful way. They can prove themselves in various ski races and of course there is never any shortage of fun here.

With its location right next to our valley station, you can either test out your new equipment straight away or start straight away with rented skis. After the last descent, hand the skis into the service or store them in a lockable cupboard.
