GASTRONOMY AND SKI HUTS
Well-supplied during your skiing adventure
On Grebenzen, both in the valley and on the mountain, your culinary needs are always taken care of. Whether you prefer a quick snack for a boost, a traditional platter before heading down the slopes, or a hearty dinner as a reward afterward, Grebenzen's gastronomy has it all. It eagerly awaits you with homemade specialties, hot and cold beverages, and regional delights. The next stop for refreshments can't come soon enough.
Located in the middle of the ski area, a popular meeting point for skiers, tourers, and sledders.
The traditional hut life is refined with enjoyment.
Whether classics, daily recommendations, or homemade desserts – there's something for every taste.
Culinary pre-orders are possible for ski or sled groups.
The sun terrace offers a particularly delicious experience with views of Zirbitzkogel and the Niedere Tauern.
Erika Gruber's Gruberalm is a culinary star in St. Lambrecht. Located in the valley, it has been her domain since 2008. The wooden octagon, rustic yet charming, is where Erika cooks. Specializing in pizzas with imaginative toppings, the Gruberalm also offers the usual array of rural delights such as roasts, schnitzels, and ribs.
Located a bit above St. Lambrecht with a magnificent valley view, Mariä Schönanger is a pilgrimage, baptism, and wedding chapel. The Schönanger inn, run by Christine Koch, offers a special atmosphere. With a simple house and a nice garden between the chapel and the restaurant, it has two separate rooms connected by the bar, providing enough space for larger groups. The emphasis is on homemade dishes, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Jerá at the Grebenzen
The charming Jerá, an old hay barn, is the most rustic hut in the Grebenzen ski area. Since 2015, it has been offering the best of Italian cuisine, including soups, pasta, pizza, and other specialties. In the afternoon, you can enjoy original Italian Illy coffee with cakes and other treats.
The Ravazzolo-Jera family, renowned hosts from the restaurant at Furtnerteich, are waiting for you and serve you 100% Italian lifestyle right by the slopes. This is how beautiful la bella vita can be!

Pure alpine romance: Rustling forests, green meadows, grazing cows, and breathtaking views – the family-friendly Dreiwiesenhütte is located at 1,770 meters. A visit promises fine homemade delicacies by Andrea, such as cheese dumplings, pork roast, farmer's platter, grilled ribs, giant sausages, and various strudels. Children can play on the large playground in front of the rustic hut while parents relax on the sunny terrace. The hut can accommodate around 25 people for overnight stays. Small alpine seminars, dream weddings, and christenings in the chapel are all possible. Bus access to the hut is available, and hikers can explore the Grebenzen heights.
